Wow, all I can say after tonight is Jason Mraz YOU FUCKIN DID IT!!!
First the Reverb team I got to work with was incredible!!!!! I got to meet some great new friends!!!! And a few of us are going to go and volunteer at the Boston show in a few weeks!!!
Then I got to meet Jason!!!! It was a dream come true to get to met one of my idols!!!! It went by 2 fast. We only got to talk for 5 mins or so. He signed my Special Acoustic Evening Tour poster from last fall, hugged me, and took a picture with me!!!!
After Reverb had finished for the night I took my front row seat, which was unnecessary because everyone was glued to the fence at his feet all night. The band and the set was ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!!! Jason was so into it that he didn’t even want to stop playing but Hartford had a strict 11:00 curfew but Jason played right to it.
This ended up being my favorite concert ever. Right up there with the Special Acoustic Evenings, and Aerosmith!!!
Ohhhhh and I got to met Fernando from The Groove Line Horns after!!!! He signed my Instagram pic poster!!!!
Not sure if you saw the video I posted-I put that out into the universe hoping he might see it, just so he would know the gratitude in my heart. I am remaining positive that the opportunity to see him will arise, but if it does not, my gratitude has been made tangible. Enjoy every minute you get to spend with him. Are you tailgating before the show-maybe we’ll see you!!

We’ve been talking it up and so far we’ve got 10 families geared up to get tickets! With luck we’ll have 40+ friends coming from our town!!!! So thrilled that you are coming to Hartford! No. The VIP thing is an hour before the show. Also I got accepted to volunteer with Reverb before the show as well.

Yep twice. Pens Landing in 2009 and Carnegie Hall in 2011. But this will be my first time meeting him.
