San Francisco Parking & Transportation Information

August 30, 2013

Important parking & transportation information for this Sunday’s show at America’s Cup Pavilion in San Francisco:

Please note that the Bay Bridge will be closed over Labor Day weekend. If you are arriving from the East Bay, be sure to plan an alternative form of transportation, such as traveling by BART to the Embarcadero station and taking a short walk from the station to the venue.

If driving to the venue, note that there are multiple parking garages in the area but there is not an official America’s Cup Pavilion parking lot on site.

We encourage the use of public transportation wherever possible. See you on Sunday — and enjoy the show!

In order to access the venue for a 5:15pm early entry time, please head to the Water Gate Entrance for America’s Cup Pavilion, located behind Pier 27 at the rear of the venue (past the cruise ship terminal). Doors open at 5:30pm so please make sure you arrive at 5:15 to ensure that you can enter the venue first!

Thanks for this information! Now would you be able to answer my earlier question? As a registered member of this community, I was able to purchase tickets that allow me early entrance to the venue this coming Sunday. However, I have not received any information about exactly what that means. I would truly appreciate a response.
