Just a quick heads up of a past experience from Pre-ordering from the official Jason Mraz website.
As a massive Jason Mraz fan I will NOT be ordering my copy of the new album via his website this time. I Pre-ordered A Beautiful Mess – Life on Earth and never ever received my purchase here in Australia. After countless emails back and forth I was eventually ignored. I was in disbelief that they could take my money and not give me the album I had been waiting months and months for.
This time I will go straight to iTunes and make my purchase there.
Hope no-one else has to go through that rubbish.
