In an effort to make sure Jason’s fans get first access to tickets and to the best seats at the affordable prices that Jason has set, we are implementing new ticketing practices. Madison Square Garden will enforce will call pick-up for the seats closest to the stage that are most commonly resold at extravagant premiums by scalpers.

Hey by the way thanks for the code! The best I could find was section 119… I’ve tried during my whole lunch break to get the best tickets and couldn’t get it to give me anything on the floor area. So the closest I found after 30mins was what I had to take. Oh well, at least I’m going!!!! thanks again.
That is such a shame. I’m sorry to hear that. But I do wonder how they can possibly get away with that without doing something illegal? Because I have to show my license and the card I used to even pick up the tickets… that system is in place to prevent scalping.
I found the tickets that we were so frantically searching for this morning. They are on StubHub for hundreds of dollars each. So the real fans were going crazy without a code, while fake fans bought them all? That makes me so sad…

I still never received the code. Am I missing something very obvious?
I was able to get 3 tickets for section C row 19. It’ll be the closest I’ve ever been at a concert… I’m pretty psyched. There really are no bad seats at MSG though… we saw Tom Petty there a couple years ago. We were pretty high up and still had a great view. That goes down as the best non-Jason Mraz show I’ve ever been to. So moral of the story- even if you don’t get front row seats, you are still going to be able to see him. He is so good with engaging the audience that he just brings everybody in, even if you’re in the nosebleeds.

Hun, are you using the Ticketmaster link? I just tried a lil while ago again and it worked. You have to try every like 2 minutes. Close out of the window and then try again. Every time you try…close out of the window and open a new one. I had to keep doing that before it worked.

It took me 20 minutes and about 13 tries for it to work. It’s weird cuz I gave up 2 sets of other seats that were further from the stage and on my last try I got tickets right in front. Keep trying!
They did email the code…it was in the email they sent out yesterday announcing the show in the first place. At first the code wasn’t obvious to me…but then when I looked at that email again…I saw it.

I just tried with the code “93million” and it worked. There are still seats. It is NOT sold out..I was at the Montreal show as well and it was AWESOME. First time seeing him and certainly not the last.
It’s not sold out, keep trying. It took me probably 10 tries before it worked… I’m not in the first row or anything but I was able to get tickets. Keep trying.
